Build an Online Store

I need a customized Customer 2 Customer Store Application that allows user to both buy and sell products and services. Each User can act as a buyer or seller at any time with an easy way to switch between roles. The application must support buying products or services through direct buying or by setting up an Auction. If the seller choose to make an auction he should be able to choose the winner bidder of the product and service he is selling. The seller must also be able to text message with any user bidding on his service or product. There is another important requirement, I need to conduct profit share for users, meaning that each registering user must mention his referral and that referral gets a fraction of the net profit of the product or service. e.g if a seller is selling a product at 500$ and I (admin) chose to but a fee of 10% then the overall price of the product that is shown to the user will be 550%. Now if a user wishes to buy the product and the process goes well, the user that is at level one up the chain above this user will get say 5% of the fee(5$), then the user at level 2 up the chains will get .5%(50 Cents), and so on until we get to a lower limit say 10 cents under which no user gets any share. I need this in Java (Preferable) or in PHP. The code must be clean and organized . The application must be responsive to be viewable on small devices and tablets.
