I need help with my banners making ad rotated 6 times in a 60 second for every 10 second segment

I need Right Banner on Second Page and Ad Page. eg. If you click on

Appliances there will be a Banner on the right and same thing when you

click on Ad. Similar to www.backpage.com. Also want people to post

in those banners on right. Please check out backpage.com.

I need a option to Post in Multiple Cities

I need to add more Country, State and Cities also i need to Have a 3

menu drop down eg. country,state and city. Now we only have 2 menu drop

down.

I need to be able to separate Banner Ad for different Country,State and

Cities eg. Different Ad showing in Different Places. I want people to be

able to advertise in different places with the Banner and be able to

choose areas.
