Add currency button to html site.

Hi,
I need a currency button added to my site. It needs to show 4 flags at the top of every page, USD (US Flag) GBP (UK Flag) and EURO (EURO Flag) BitCoun (Bitcoin Logo)
It needs to convert currencies on the page to the above currencies, it should have a option for me to either change the conversion rate manually or automatically update the prices via a currency site.
