Create Graphic Design for Windows Application

I have an application that I want to create a "fresh look" for. The application is located at <[url removed, login to view]>.

You will see that the exising application is ugly. I want it look more like Microsoft Word 2007 with the ribbon menus.

We might want to use WPF and so might use XAML.

So I need a graphics person to work with me and create the menus and icons (Especially nice icons) and the "circle" menu in the upper left corner. I think that using Infragistics tools will make the ribbon menu, but I need some good icons.

My dream developer would be a Quantitative Finance guru good in WPF and icon design.

So the winner of the bid needs to be able to download a trial of the WPF tools from Infragistics, build a menu in similar structure of the old application, and then be able to create good looking icons.

So I need a shell for an application created that looks great.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
