Build a Website - Simple 1 page design

Id like a responsive, eye catching website and logo designed for my new business - The Whisky Buyer. I have already registered the domain [login to view URL] and feel comfortable using Wordpress, Joomla etc. The website should allow people to view a short paragraph of information about the company. Then in a simple process, allow customers to complete an online form which is sent by email to me. I need the following work to be completed: 1 - An eye catching, professional logo which should show the company name 'The Whisky Buyer'. 2 - A professional, 1 page website which will have the following: Company logo, a paragraph with company information, an online form which allows the customer to contact me, and at the bottom of the page links to Twitter, Facebook and other contact information. 3 - the online form should have: * Name (textbox) * Email (textbox) * Whisky Name: (textbox) * Whisky image(s): (attach image) (attach image) (attach image) * Expected price (text box) + Add another whisky If the user presses 'Add another whisky' the form should extend and has the same options again. * Whisky Name (textbox) * Whisky Image(s): (attach image) (attach image) (attach image) * Expected price (text box) + Add another whisky [Submit] The form should keep extending if the user presses 'Add another whisky'.
