Apartments website with [login to view URL] API Integration

I need a website about apartments with [login to view URL] api integration.

The website will be similar to

http://www.expedia.com/Hotel-Search#endDate=11/22/2013&startDate=11/21/2013&destination=Sultanahmet,+Istanbul,+Turkey&adults=2&regionId=6063107&adLandingPage=0&lodging=apartment

Website will be for only one country or only one city.

I will need some important pages

1 - Front page with search box and some apartments from chosen city or cities.

2 - Second page is result of search with side bar on the right or left with filtre system and with map

3 - A page To get results from different cities around

3 - Page of the chosen hotel.

When i choose the room and than click the book and will go to [login to view URL] to make the reservation or more.

and some extra pages like about, how it works, Faq,

* I can need admin panel only for cms reason.

* I do not need any registration part for the users. because reservation will be done on the [login to view URL] part.

I can accept any framework integration, specially wordpress.

Prefered language of the website is php.

You can use Oauth or similar systems or custom systems
