Disc Jockey Web Site Design

My Client owns a disc jockey service, and is in need of a new site. We are currently looking for a new design. One much more eligant than the current design and one that is much more appealing to Brides, but also has high enough energy to impress that they are disc jockeys.. The new design will be a mix of flash design and also html. A site that they really like is <[login to view URL]> . Both the flash and the following page. We are also looking for a ULTRA clean design that will be easily editable in Microsift Frontpage. You will have to deliver two pages to us... 1. This page will be the new home page for the site. You will have to design the site from scratch (NO TEMPLATES WILL BE ACCEPTED). This should be a flash animation, with the same quality as the site mentioned above, but a unique design. Our client will give you a lost of his services to include in the flash. 2. This will be a home page which will also act as a container page where we will be able to create new pages. It should contain a new top header and clickable bullets like the site above. We will give you the names of the bullets and where they should link. The links on the right side should be editable and the colored area where the links are should expand or decrease depending on the amount of links on any given page. Note: If you can not create a high site, of the same quality and design mentioned above, please do not bid on this project as we will NOT accept lesser quality. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
