Our client is a company that provides Tarot Reading services. We are looking for a creative Flash designer, capable of producing an excellent 30 second intro for a CD, where download times are not important. The CD is a sample of Tarot Card readings, and will be used as an advertisement for an existing Tarot Service. The theme of the Flash intro is a mystical and spiritual one. We've included a number of possible images that could be used, to give a sense of the theme we wish to create. We want to work with a designer that's prepared to develop a few sample ideas first, and then rapidly iterate to the final version. Would like a background of haunting Irish/Celtic music - copyright would need to be sorted out if necessary, with the following voice-over as it progresses: "From the mists of time, our Celtic ancestors were a spiritually wise people Studying the stars - reading signs of the future Till their talent and spirituality was surpressed. (dramatic) History became legend ... and Memories of their gifts have survived ... and the myths painstakingly preserved The Celtic Spirit never entirely disappeared. (suspense) Today, you can tap into this ancient gift by ringing the XXX Tarot Line at 1580 505 505 - Where you can find Ireland's best and most advanced readers. So ring the XXX Tarot Line at 1580 505 505 and let the Celtic spirit give you the answers you need" What's important to us is creative spark. We have used RAC very effectively and what works best for us is for potential bidders to be able to demonstrate with examples, prior work you have done, and how you would approach an unusual project like this. There will be variations required after completing this project, such as creating a web version of the same, with much simplified graphics for rapid download, and a version for a different market. Other suggested themes: - Hands dealing out the tarot cards - Floating candles - Flower petals - from the earth - Make it look mystical, but not scary, and not over the top - eg no lightning flashes - Trinity knot symbol is important - At end - use image of person leaning against pillar - Want to play up the celtic theme. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
