Continuation of Web Site design

This project is to continue web site development for our small flight school. An earlier posting here on RAC for the design of the home page has resulted in what you can see at [login to view URL] We need to take this start that we have accomplished and complete the design standarization of the typical interior page and go on to complete each additional page. Our previous project was for design only, therefore we have made no progress towards search engine optimization. This needs to be addressed. You will notice on our current home page that we have a link to online scheduling. This part of the site is complete and is handled by a third party through a subscription service. No work needs to be done there. Just so everyone knows ... the previous coder that did the initial work was great. We are very happy with him, but his schedule is such that he can not continue with our ongoing needs. Bidders can submit bids anyway thay choose, per page, entire project or break out any part they like such as SEO. We can discuss further once we have made contact. Also ... we are happy with what we have, but I'm always open to suggestions for improvement. This project could grow in the future to include additional pages that may include an online store feature. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All web browsers and computer platforms
