Complete Web Design

We are looking for a company that can build us a complete website in PHP/MySQL. The site will need a rather large tracking system. We will need a admin,member and sponsors section. Members will be awarded points for almost everything they click on within the site. We are looking at about 40-50 pages of the actual site. You will also be responsible for building 15 games for us. Most of the games are sponsor driven and will need to have the ability to rotate the sponsors items into the actual game. Also knowledge of streaming video is greatly desired. We will need 2 chat rooms and a auction area also. This is defenately a new concept for the internet and will take a company that is not only reliable but innovative at the same time. Please DO NOT bid on this project if this is something that your company can not handle. This is a large project and will involve functions that need to be done by someone who is very familiar with databases.
