Cleaning Company Website

A nice sexy design for a cleaning company is needed. the following are the requirments: - 6-7 pages that will include (home, about us, contact us, services, etc..) - flash intro on the home page (or banner) - sample website will be given (but the one that we want should be better of course) - contact us form will have all the contact details plus a form so people can submit thier details in and then it should send an email with the contact details. - Some cleaning pictures should be provided by the coder to add to different sections on the website - more things might be added later on, but the main requirments are the above. ## Deliverables **1) Complete and fully-functional working website(s) in http form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition and the Website must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition on our server 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. We (the buyers) will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased (we might add our name at the bottom of the page to say that its been designed by us (the buyers). (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components names, tags, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4. After the project is complete we will test it and confirm that its complete, however we shall have up to 4 weeks to check and make sure that everything is working fine and if something is missing or not working after a week or so then it will be the sellers responsibility to fix it at no extra charge.** ## Platform Windows (xp, 2000, 98, me, etc..)
