Cardbuilder in Flex

To fix bugs of 2 existing flex application (cardbuilder), the backend where the designer build the card, and front end where users can personalize it. Beside bugs in the applications there are a few new implementations to be done. ## Deliverables We have a card builder, which has 2 parts (2 independent flashes): 1) The front end, where user can make his changes, the user is limited in his actions, he can change the text from the text blocks (no styles) and to upload a picture for one specific card, which is set into a place specified by the designer in the backend 2) The backend, where the designer builds templates for the cards, setting detailed parameters for each text block, and setting a position for the image to be uploaded In the card builder there are 3 predefined types of cards (with fixed width and height). The frontend has 2 states: 1) The personalisation part, where the user can do changes into the card 2) Confirmation and preview part, where the user checks how the card will look like The saving of the card is done when the user go from state 1 to state 2 The application was built in Flex Builder, the data is stored into a mysql database, and for communication is used AMFPHP from Zend. The flash/flex programmer that will be choosed will be supported with everything related with PHP and MySQL. In both flash applications there are BUGS and new implementations to do, like you can see in the list bellow: Backend: * Possibility to center the text vertical in a text block * The letter-spacing in a text block to go with less step (e.g. 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, etc.) * Is there a possibilty to go one step back, when i make a fault? * If the letter-spacing is set to any number (e.g. 2) than it is not possible to get back to the initial state * Export in PDF of the card (one image, many text blocks), the text blocks must be exported as text, not as image * When moving from one text block to another, the parameters (font size, letter-spacing, line-spacing, etc.) of the text block in the tool bar are not changed * The created PDF should be in 300dpi, and to include the lines indicators in the corners for the cutting after printing * The exported PDF should be saved on the server, and the link to be saved to the database Frontend: * The button "Defaults" is not working after the card is saved, and the web page is refreshed * To make the text window that popups smaller if the text block is smaller that 200 px and on whole card if it's bigger, * In case the text block is small we move the popup window under or over the text block * To remove the choosing a poem on the right side * Under thumbnail to make the font smaller * The cropper should be able to change the dimensions keeping the aspect ratio of the size defined in the backend for the photo image * When you go to bestellung and than go back to personalize, you can not open the photo, because it's blank, if you press ok it disapears completely * In the photo upload (cropping), after the yes is pressed, and you open again the cropped position is not saved (after refresh)
