Adobe Air Desktop Application for Weight Lifters

I want to develop a desktop application that runs on Adobe Air so that it will run on both macintosh and windows computers. This is a program for people who lift weights. It will allow them to enter their workout plan for a set period of time. They will first fill in some simple details such as height, age, weight, body fat%, etc. They will build their workout by selecting a number of exercises for each bodypart, and then inputting how many sets, reps per set, and number of times per week. They will print each day's workout, which will include space for them to write the amount of weight they performed the exercise with. When they get home from the gym, they will go into the software and enter in these numbers (weights performed for each exercise/set, etc) for that day's workout, and also be allowed to add additional notes about the workout. When the following week comes, they will print out the workout tracker sheet for that day, to take to the gym. This updated sheet will now include the amount of weight they used for each exercise/set the previous week, so that they can try to beat it. So for example, let's say that I am going to do 3 sets of 6-8 reps of flat bench presses today. I print out the sheet, take it to the gym and do the first set with 200 pounds, the second set with 240 pounds, and the third set with 280 pounds for 6 repetitions. When I get back home I enter those numbers into the software. When next week comes and I am to perform the same exercise, I will print out an updated form to take with me and fill in, but it now shows me the weights that I did for each set on last week. The software should also track the user's poundage increases with graphs, bodyweight, etc. I will fill in more details with clarity once I get bidders who seem interesting. I am just putting these basic features for now to get ideas of pricing, what can be done, etc. I am really also interested in a developer who can contribute ideas. Interface/graphic design ability is s super plus, as the interface of this must be appealing to the weightlifting market.
