customer management / order processing

I need a php + mysql based customer management / order processing system with support for affiliates. This is only for one product, not a shopping cart. Customer clicks through to order page and is presented with order form. Database fields needed: First name, last name, address, city , state, zip, country , email address, IP address , LAST 4 DIGITS of credit card number, [url removed, login to view] Transaction ID , Referring affiliate ID. I would like the following functions: Order Processing: Intergrate with [url removed, login to view]'s AIM/SIM method - Order processing - Refund processing Order form to interface with this php system with following fields: First name Last name Address City, State , Zip , Country Email Address Credit card number Expiration date CVV2 number I would like the IP address to be stored in the database. I do not want the full credit card number , expiration date, or cvv2 number stored. When the order is processed, [url removed, login to view] responds with a transaction ID , I would like this to be stored as well as the LAST 4 DIGITS of the credit card number. Admin backend : Ability to set price charged . Support for HTML thank you page Support for Email receipt / thank you email View all orders View All affiliates stats (clicks/sales/refunds/total owed/total paid) Pay Affiliate: Ability to pay X amount of dollars to be deducted from what is owed . Set amount to Pay affiliates per sale Refund orders - When it is an affiliate sale, the sale must be deducted from the affiliates account as well as processed with [url removed, login to view] . Search orders , by First/last name/ email address Ability to email customers that have NOT been refunded Ability to schedule email to be sent after X amount of days from order. - Ability to edit all email messages - Thank You /Receipt Email , Scheduled Email Add affiliate : First Name , Last Name , Affiliate ID , Amount to pay per sale , Email Address I can provide a server to develop on if needed , I will also provide [url removed, login to view] Account information for testing. I'm sure there will be more questions / clarifying .. Please let me know!

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
