create accounts at sociol bookmarking sites and post bookmarks on my behalf

I signed up for a course on setting up a traffic generating word press website. The ? instructions are coming? to me? every day or so.? The site is up and running but I need someone to the tasks of creating accounts at the soiciol bookmarking sites( about 15 sites ), and then after set up? going back and creating book marks that link back to my site. I have step by step instructions? how to do this in an automated way. I can forward the email instructions. It is not hard to do -I just don't have time to do it.? ? I would like someone to take this project off my hands. I am getting behind so I would like someone who can start right away to get it caught up as the each "assignemnt" is must be done proir to the next one.
