Database need in .txt format

Database needed of every insurance company for every city in the US. BONUS if you can get it into mambo so that each city is a new page, each state is already created, so for washington state you will just have to add every town into that category with the title: "City name Insurance Company Listing" Mambo is an open source cms, the site is at [login to view URL] It doesn't have to have more than 10 listings for each city, and if the city doesn't have any listings, it does not need to be created.
