Conferences Deadline Management

I would like to develop a simple program for WM5. The program is to handle conferences' deadlines. The scenario goes as follows. The user have got a repository of important conferences which he manually enters and stores them. For each conference the user is to store up to 10 different due dates and for each of these due dates he is to select a type; abstract submission, full paper submission,camera-ready submission,tutorial submission, workshop submission, poster submission, Doctoral Consortium submission, Competition Submission, Community Submission, Review Submission. The user should also have the possibility of entering another type of due date if the previous list did not include what he wants. The program should include the functionality of selecting files to be associated with a conference (just a link), this would aid in organizing say work to be submitted for conferences and work to be reviewed. Another thing to include in the conference record is lets say 3 email addresses as conference contacts. The main functionality comes in using this repository. The user should be alerted prior to each due date by a period of days which he sets. An additional functionality which is not essential (depending on your price) is to have a windows desktop application that have a copy of that repository and the device can then synchronize with the application. PLEASE I don't want bids that include information about yourself and your company more that your thoughts, ideas and vision for the program. I will leave it for you to suggest the price but I REALLY promise that if we gone along well there are a huge lot of projects to come. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The intended platform is mainly Windows Mobile 5, I don't know if we can make the program work for older Pocket PC platforms or not but this will be better.
