Clone of simple website

I need a clone of : <[login to view URL]> with the following differences: 1) The logo will be different (I'll supply later) 2) Each page will have 'Copyright 2003, CRC, Inc. All rights reserved." 3) The 'request offer' page must email me a text form using any freely available and standard IIS 5.0 email tool (email address to be supplied later) 4) All text must be editable by editing the .htm or .html files as I am going to change the text after you develop the pages. 5) The contact us page will go to a different email address that I'll supply later. 6) In addition, I'd like one more item on the menu, which reads, "Help Me Sell NOW!". When clicking on this link, the site will show one page that is a clone of this page: <[login to view URL]> However, none of the links on <[login to view URL]> will be available on my site... only the text and pictures that go down the middle of this page. The submission form on this page needs to work like the one described in (3) above, and my page will stop where the page shown at <[login to view URL]> has the blue line (so please include a hit counter). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform IIS 5.0
