Bluetooth Connection Program

We need a program that will allow us too initiate Bluetooth radio on a PDA and connect it to a LAN access point using Bonding. We need the ability to be able to either change the source code or add parameters through either a static file or registry entries that will allow us to change the target device and Bonding parameters. We will also need a second program that will disconnect from the LAN access point and turn off the Bluetooth radio. It is expected that this will be written in C++ although any recognised language that will perform the task is acceptable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as fully commented source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Microsoft Windows for Pocket PC 2002 ## Deadline information English speaking coders.
