Basic HTML Customization

I use Hotcomm's VOIP webinar platform. It comes with a live help program which can be customized. Winnnig coder will integrate this live help program into my website. All you need is basic HTML and graphic skills. The look and feel can be updated with my site's logo. Custom "click for live help" buttons can be made for my site. A webpage that welcomes visitors or says "sorry, live help is unavailabe" can be customized. Even custom skins for the application itself. I want the winning bidder to go through all these and other features to fully customize this program to completely integrate it into my website.
