PHP experienced Programmer with MLM background needed. [login to view URL] sells 500+ leads per month for $25 for founders, $30 for pre-launch members & $35 after March 15th for everyone joining after our launch. Product is sold by members and commissions are earned via a 4X10 Forced Matrix compensation plan. ## Deliverables This is what I need the [login to view URL] Website to do: Goal: #1. Automatic verification of pending members using IPN from PayPal, StormPay or SafePay. #2. Automatic renewal of members when a payment is made using IPN from PayPal, StormPay or SafePay. #3. Create automatically assigned exclusive monthly link to download their leads. a. Have this link automatically created placed in the verified member's back office. 1. make it so each download link issued each month is complicated enough so that no one can make little changes to the link and get the all the sets of leads. b. Have it change every 30-days as soon as they pay each month. c. Have it so all I have to do is delete the old leads and load the new ones. #4. Make it so I can REVERSE a member's payment who has gotten a refund and commissions upline are adjusted automatically. #5. Make it so members who miss 2 monthly payments are automatically DELETED from the LeadProMail matrix. #6. Make it so that any member who does not have a payment on record for the previous 30-day period are NOT PAID any commissions. #7. Currently there is NO MECHANISM to SHUT OFF any members referral link. I can remove the member from LeadProMail but when I click on their referral link IT STILL WORKS! I need to be able to shut off abusive or spamming members. #8. Fix my FAQ script. Current Order process: #1. client is referred to website by an affilliate. #2. client goes to [login to view URL] and signs-up. when they click "join" they are placed into "pending accounts" section and a temporary id is assigned. #3. Client then is sent to [login to view URL] and asked to activate a 5-day free monthly subscription via PayPal or StormPay or SafePay. Once I match-up their "pending account" with their active PayPal or StormPay or SafePay subscription, I have to click "verify user" then they are put into the 4X10 Forced Matrix for 5-days free. No commissions are generated from this. An id # is issued and then I have to click "resend details" in order for them to receive the Welcome Email with their login information and referral link via email. After 5-days they appear in "renew subscriptions". Then I must verify that they, in fact, PAID after their 5-day free trial. If they have PAID I click "renew subscription". Commissions are registered upline. If they have NOT PAID they remain in "renew subscriptions" until I delete them from the matrix. From then on they appear in "renew subscriptions" again every 30-days. (25-days after they are renewed their first month only due to the 5-day free trial) Current Lead Order Fullfillment: Leads are sent via [login to view URL] (which creates a unique download link on their servers). Each day I download the PayPal & Stormpay logs of all payments received & all new 5-day free trial subscriptions. Leads are sent to each one individually. Problem is that currently people get leads when they activate a 5-day free trial subscription and then again when they pay after 5-days PLUS all of the latest monthly payments that came in get their new monthly set of leads. Current members: Current members probably would not utilize any of the above due to their subscriptions being activated without IPN Or is their a way they could? I definately do NOT want to have them RE-sign-up again! If it works only for future subscriptions then so be it. I could upload the subscribers payments log from paypal and stormpay everyday. It would need to know which ones were the old subscribers that don't have the IPN. It would also need to issue new lead download links for the old subscribers once I upload the payment logs. I'll keep you on retainer for future work if you are a qualified programmer. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The website is hosted, running and LIVE right now. It is hosted on [login to view URL]'s webservers.
