Automatically renew Library books using Endeavor Voyager

My friends and I want to be able to automatically renew our University Library books, and we'd like to be able to do it for our friends. Our University uses an Endeavor Voyager Library Information System Requirements: Either 1) A command line tool or 2) A Web based (PHP, CGI, Coldfusion) application (preferred) To 1) Retrieve a list of name/password/email combinations from an SQL Database 2) Automatically log on to a Voyager Library System 3) Automatically process Voyager list of borrowed books, determine which books are close to their due date, and renew those books 4) Provide detailed reporting of books that were renewed, unable to be renewed etc (Preferably via a web based management interface) 5) Issue email notifications to users of books renewed, unable to be renewed etc Please note this is a black box implementation. We can't provide a Development Voyager server, or even usernames/passwords for one. This may suit someone who already has access to a Voyager Library System (Through their University etc) A final, detailed specification will be produced before work starts Any questions, feel free to email me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Either a win32 executable or a Web based application. Preferred development language is Coldfusion, PHP second preference, any CGI third preference
