I have a MySQL database of contact information that I want to import into a sales letter each variable in the proper field and automatically email out the letter. Currently I have a system at: [login to view URL] that we are using that will input the variables into a sales letter then a sales rep has to copy and paste the email address into the T: line and copy and paste the contact name into the subject line and then emails out of IE by going to: File >then Send >then Page by Email The outlook or outlook express email client program will open and a sales letter pops up from the database. TO GET TO THE NEXT SALES LETTER we have to repeat Repeat File> Send> Page by Email and the next sales letter will pop up from the database. Is there a way to automate everything so all the sales letter will go out automatically each pulling the variables from the database? It does not hgave to be MySQL. We can give the programmer a csv and they can make it work in any database they can. What do you say????
