Apartment Rental Website

[[login to view URL]][1] Project Outline Preferred Technology: Mambo server PHP Similar Site: [[login to view URL]][2] I am creating a apartment/house/condo rental site for Panama City Panama and am looking for a creative team that can build the site, and the database to run it. I'm trying to keep the site as simple as possible, and need a team that can make a clean, modern website (graphically) as well as build the database aspect as well. I am going to be building the site in Spanish and English so I am looking for feedback on how to handle this as well. Both versions will contain the same exact content. Please find the detailed project spec attached as a .txt file. A fully detailed project outline will be provided to the winning team, however this is the extent of the project. I generally build about 6-10 websites a year, either for my own projects or for others, and have four more projects I will need done in the very near future, so I am looking for a team that I can build a relationship with and do much more work in the future. Payment terms are as follows: 20% up front - 30% upon working demo site - 50% upon completion. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
