Affiliate membership link program

I have a website where people can sign up for subscriptions throught Paypal. I now wish to use an affiliate website (owned by another person) to advertise my site. I want to give the other person a percentage of every monthly subscription which they direct to my site. eg. I charge £40 a month to normal members. If my affiliate finds a new customer, I wish them to have £10 per month and I receive £30. This is only if the new member signs up. So maybe the affiliate needs a link into part of my database to see the users they have sent my way. They can then see for themselves who is subscribing. Is there software to do this? I need to give the affiliate a reassurance that they will receive their money. Also these users have to be managed as well as the private users which I have found myself. I do not wish the affiliate to see any users which have come directly to my site and subscribed directly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .
