Affiliate management

We require a professional to manage our affiliate program with Sharasale.com. We have presently over 200 affiliates of which 40 requested datafeed. The assignment is for an initial 4 weeks with the potential to extend it over a long term relationship. Your immediate task includes 1- Prepare a professional email to inform all affiliates of changes done to our website (all of the URLs, other than the home page, have been changed and other changes) and to invite them to change their link accordingly. 2- To upload our products into the shareasale format for datafeed. Most of the info could be retrieved from an Access file which we will provide to you, except for 1 column on the URL of the product. 3- Review the website of all who requested datafeed and establish they are bone fide affiliates and have suitable website before we approve them for data feed. Contact at least 10 of them to establish the kind of information they require for the date feed, and any adjustment we may need to do in our datafeed to help them in the upload. 4- Create 10 new ad banners for affiliate to use. Prior to creating these banners, you would contact 10 of the affiliates (we will provide you with their e-mails) that generated sales and ask them what kind of banners, size of banners or text would be useful to them. We would also like your proposal/plan as to how you can help us recruit more affiliates and how we can increase our sale through affiliates. This could be the beginning of an interesting career position for a self motivated professional. Previous experience in doing similar work is an asset but not a requirement. Wonder Women [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The Datafeed will be in text delienated file.
