C# 2.0 Add-in Express 4.4.1913.2005 developer (Repost)

I am looking for an ADD-in Express developer who have major experience in Outlook development. I need to do a minor change in a commercial application. 1) In step 1 for the application: I have an outlook application that shows buttons and a dynamic drop down list in the "Add-In" Ribbon bar - i need this to be moved to the Message (main) Ribbon area for ease of access. After completion and testing of this. Then i will need to continue to step 2 who will include a major change in some part of the application. This requires skills in threading and webservices. All coding must be done in VS2005 (not 2008!!) and in C# 2.0 Only bidders who can show previous works in Add-in express development will be considered. Experience in VSTO is not enough. Based on speed, completion and skill on this project. The developer will be awarded another full Add-in express project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
