Customize Drupal Modules

Dear all, I am looking for programmer(s) to develop 3 Drupal modules. It is a Pressflow website (Drupal 6) with Ubercart installed (multi-seller environment): 1/Multi-currency system: - To link Yahoo Converter system with the website catalog (all prices) to implement 3 currencies: $, £ and € with buttons on header to allow visitor to select his currency (default currency will be $). - Allow sellers to select in what currencies they want to use their shops (adding prices and viewing reports). 2/Shipping fees system (Flat Rate module): - Allocate shipping charges to sellers (for now only admin can add Flat Rates and earn shipping fees). Thus sellers will be able to add their own Flat Rates to their products and earn these shipping fees. - New shipping fees calculation system: at cart page shipping fees will be calculated per seller (base price and additional product price). Then the total will be displayed at checkout page. 3/Display of the products (catalog) per taxonomy terms: - To display catalog products according to the taxonomy terms they are linked to. Terms will be displayed in a block (at the left of the catalog pages) and by clicking on a term all products linked to this term will be displayed. For this project, I need a team/programmer with skills to develop Drupal Custom module and very good communication (with regular updates). Only clean and secure code (we will review the code), performance friendly and no code into Drupal existing module.
