Content writing and HTML coding

Content We have twenty-seven, 3 page medically related websites & thirteen legal-based, websites. Each site contains 3-5 pages. We need the content for each pages topic to be well researched and optimized with a main keyword density of 4-7% along with adding 30 lsi (general keywords for the industry) keywords within each article. Each article should be anywhere from 500-700 words or more in length and have the specifically tailored to the topic. We’re looking for original, non-copyrighted keyword-rich content that provides quality information on each topic. (We will provide the successful bidder with the topics). All documents must be provided in HTML format. Website Development We already have the graphics designed & basic, empty HTML pages created but each page lacks keyword-dense content. We need the successful bidder to be able to take our basic HTML pages, insert the content-rich articles & make fully functional websites dealing with the topics we provide. If, after receive the bid, you feel that you can greatly improve each website, we will consider giving you a bonus if we approve the changes & more importantly, we see that the changes will result in great return on our investment. Adsense & Amazon Coding Every page must be coded with our Google Adsense coding at the top & Amazon coding at the bottom. The content must successfully trigger quality ads for both. Future Work Potential 1. SEO Work If you are fully competent in Search Engine Optimization work & can give us at least 3 to 5 solid references, we will create a separate project for you fully optimize each site & provide initial optimization. If after one month of SEO we see a significant rise in revenue, then we will negotiate for an on going contract 2. Content Writing We own & operate a suite of websites that all need full content re-writing & search engine optimization. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
