ColdFusion 5 / Ms SQL Add Items to Existing Video Test Application

Ergometrics is seeking external assistance in adding items to an interactive ColdFusion application, FireTEAM Practice Test ([[url removed, login to view]][1]). FireTEAM Practice Test delivers video-based test items over the internet. Customers watch a video item, then enter a numeric string to answer a question. This application interacts with a MS SQL database to record and write candidate answers and scores. The application is hosted on an Ergometrics server and is accessible to the web.

This is a live application with customers 24/7. Development of the new test items must not in any way effect current users.

This addition must interact with the existing administrative functioning of the application. The application must be able to track customer activity on the new items. All customer scores must be written to the database so that the administrative functions can report the Math Test scores.

The entire addition must be fully documented for easy maintenance and upgrading by Ergometrics. Including changes made to the database and existing ColdFusion pages.

The goal is to add four video items to an existing ColdFusion video-based test. The new pages will match the existing application, and the scoring and score reporting will blend seamlessly with the original.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

This application will be hosted with other Ergometrics applications on a shared Windows Server hosting platform with ColdFusion 7 and MS SQL.
