convert drupal theme to responsive

I need my drupal theme converted into a responsive theme.

In the mobile view it should be the logo scrolling down to a drop down of the primary navigation links, and them the symbols with links for each of the 4 primary product groups. The content pages would obviously need to be adjusted accordingly.
