Custom dosbox version needed

I need a custom version of the DosBox program made for our inhouse use.

What it is:

Dosbox is an MSDOS emulator that runs old programs. I have the C++ source in .cpp files and it is available on sourceforge too.(Note VC++6 does not work to compile the program according to their notes)

As the program works now, you start dosbox, it opens a window, then another window, you type MOUNT C C:\Dosfiles

and it mounts the C:\dosfiles folder to look like a DOS C: drive within the window. They you type the [url removed, login to view] you want to run in the window and that old dos program is run as if it is run under dos. Many old dos programs do not run correctly under XP/Vista so this emulator is necessary to run them.

What I need:

I want a command line version such that I can call the dosbox program with a command line and it will run the dos program and exit with no windows.

See notes about current command line below in Programming box below, this software almost does what I need now but not exactly.

Example:

My user types a command line.

dosbox -c "mount C .\FILES" -c "C:" -c "[url removed, login to view]" -c "exit"

Now dosbox loads and auto mounts a known folder where [url removed, login to view] is located, then it runs the 16 bit program [url removed, login to view] with the command line options specified, then exits when [url removed, login to view] is finished(ie when the command line returns). Ok, that all works now so nothing to do there, but I need to to be stealthy with no popup windows and no error messages from my anti-virus program about monitoring keystrokes.

Why do this:

We have a number of? old dos exe's we need to run but they? will not run on 64 bit machines because it is a 16 bit app and has trouble on some 32 bit machines so this will make it work. This needs to run completely transparent to the user, no popup windows at all. Our [url removed, login to view] program is a data cruncher so there are no graphics needed, just run the file at the command line, it exits after creating files, then the emulator exits.

I have some more minor? notes about file names and paths but? what I described above and below in Programming Notes? is 99% of the project plus the program almost does what I need already, just needs some tweaks.
