Copy DVD to CD-R

I need a program to create VCD movies on CD-R/W's like some others have. The program should let you insert a DVD in your DVD drive and place a CD-R/W in your burner and click a button to copy. You may use a third party control but I must approve which one you plan to use. This is only because I need to verify I can register the control to use in the software myself. A status bar is also needed to show the progress while recording. But the final CD-R/W must be compatible to play in DVD players that support VCD's. Appliction without using GNU and DIVx application
