Computer Programming Consultant

I'm looking for a computer programming consultant, or someone that can answer my question into how much a project costs. I'm looking into designing an e card site for travel companies, where they can have a link on their homepage for their guests who have stayed at their hotels to send premade ecards to their friends and/or family. I would like the webmaster of the hotel, to be able to login to this ecard site, and make a bunch of these premade cards for their visitors to select. So, what I want is this: - to be implement straight onto my ecard site. No software required. - user (webmaster of the hotel) to be able to add their own images/text of the hotel - a couple fields for the user (guests of the hotels) to add the email addresses they would like to send to - login page/profile for users (webmasters) where they can view previous sent cards - incorporate a public page where they (webmasters) can have the premade postcards that their guests can click to send their family/friends postcards - i would like for the webmasters to have an automatic code generated when they create an account they can implement on their site (site of the hotel) that takes their website visitors/guests to said page. Please ask if further details are required. Keep in mind, this is ONLY A CONSULTATION. Once I figure out how much this will cost, I will be posting the project.
