Compile ModSSL with CyaSSL

The project is to replace OpenSSL in Mod_SSL ([login to view URL]), with CyaSSL as a test of the OpenSSL compatibility layer of CyaSSL. Problems with the CyaSSL's OpenSSL compatibility layer are to be fixed and reported. Any missing functions will need to be mapped in. The deliverable is a fully built mod_ssl built with CyaSSL, any required updates to the OpenSSL compatibility layer, and documentation of any changes to the layer.
