Change tags in a .tif image

Hi coders, I need a program that can change tags in a .tif image. The user inputs the location of the .tif image, and what tags he wants to change. Then the program changes the tags and saves the new image in another location specified by the user. You can do this in any programming language, as long as it runs on Windows XP. (I prefer Delphi though) Please tell me what language you prefer and what components you plan to use to do this(I suspect you might need some libraries). ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
