We would like the quoting app to pull customer info with supplier product info
We would like to be able to track email communication with clients AND email communication with suppliers with respect to a particular client.
We are brokers so our work flow is 1. get request from client 2. send email syndication out to 400+ suppliers 3. sort and organize responses (usually 20 per supplier) 4. negotiate (back and forth emails with providers) 5. create quotes for clients 6. monitor won projects
We feel that a simple app could be created to automate time consuming negotiations. Something like Send Bid > Suppliers respond to bids > by submitting a bid suppliers have the option to subscribe to a feed to view other offers > suppliers are prompted to rebid
I have attached a very detailed work flow for your review. Our long term goal is to create a management system that incorporates all aspects of our work flow into one program.
