I need a reliable web developer who is available via msn messenger/skype every day. I need to complete a number of projects. Typical project involves creating an online newpaper which allows the admin to quickly and easily update, add, archive the content. (if needed, tools made available to you for development include telerik components). asp.net preferred. You absolutely have to be an expert. I don't want a person who has to learn while on the job. Quickness and efficiency a must. You also need to have an eye for design since that is an essential part when completing the projects. I will pay you bi-weekly up to $100 per week. You need to be willing to work on tight deadlines and put in the time required to finish a task. This could be a long-term arrangement if you prove yourself, especially in the first few days/week.
