DLL to create formatted IIF file

We need a way to get invoice data from our system (B4T) (custom software program running on MS SQL Server 2005, ASP.net) into a Quickbooks-compatible IIF file format so that users can import the appropriate data into their Quickbooks software. This must be an application developed using ASP.net or C#.net, and needs to be compiled to a DLL. When called, it will be fed the data from our SQL server, compile it into a properly formatted IIF file, and return it to the end-user via a web interface or to our server via a web-service. You will work with our internal developer to determine the best way to get the data from our system into your program (which will be loaded on our server), how and when your program will run, etc. You will have to do all testing of IIF file format to ensure they are compatible and can be properly imported into Quickbooks. Additional details and supporting files are attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This must be an application developed using ASP.net or C#.net, and needs to be compiled to a DLL. It must run on Windows 2003 Server.
