Convert 3 Paper-based Forms To The Web (ASP.NET)

This project requires the coder to take 3 paper-based forms and create digital versions by creating ASP.NET web pages that will capture all the required data and produce exact duplicates of the hard copies with the data filled out on the form. Below are the specific requirements: 1) This project must be done in Visual Studio 2008 with Service Pack 1 and support the .NET Framework 3.5 runtime. 2) All coding and architecture must follow our standards guidelines described in the Ignyte Coding Standards document. 3) Exact duplicates of each of the 3 forms (front and back) should be drawn in Active Reports and each screen should collect the required data, create a pdf version of the form with data, and email the form to the recipients listed in the [login to view URL] file. 4) A master page with all graphics will be provided. 5) Communication is a must! You will be expected to reply within 24 business hours of any inquiry or face possible arbritration. We have worked with many coders on RAC and we cannot afford to wait weeks to hear back from our developers. We are a professional organization and will lose business if we cannot respond quickly to our customers so we expect to work with professionals who can communicate consistently and reliably. 6) The aspx forms must capture data in the most intuitive and easy way for the end user. This means that sections of the aspx form that require repeated data must be captured using some type of repeater control along with AJAX and should implement masks, dropdowns, etc to make it easy for the end user. Should the user add more rows of data than one paper based form can hold, then multiple copies of the form should be created until all the data captured is printed on a digital copy of the form. When coding is completed the project is not over. We will begin user acceptance testing and the project will not be considered completed until all bugs are reported and fixed. Please realize that this may take more than one iteration based on how many things get broken in each testing/fix phase.
