Convert ASP VbScript Class to COM Object

Hi, I need the attached VBScript class Ultratemplate and supporting classes UltraRepeater and UltraSimpleStringBuilder converted to a COM object in C++ ATL that can be used from ASP in place of the vbscript classes. Ultratemplate is an open source ASP templating engine that allows you to seperate your presentation from contect. You should download UltraTemplate ASP version 2.0.6 from <[login to view URL]>** **so you can test and convert this for me. I also will attach a version of the class to this bid request. I would like to move this to C++ ATL for performance benefits that might be derived by having the code compiled in a C++ dll. Also, if you can improve on the UltraSimpleStringBuilder class or eliminate its use from the class by using a superior method for string buffering in C++ that would be great as performance increase is my desire. You can Use Microsoft Visual Studio C++ version 6 or 7 but if you use 7 I just want ATL no .NET dependencies.
