CMS etc

Hi. I have a project which I will try to describe as best as possible. I want to offer my clients and also new clients very cheap and well designed websites - my partners and I have discussed the different possibilities. As we see it the best way to do it, is if I could focus on designing the websites in photoshop and then send it to someone who could put it all together and send/upload the website to me. Furthermore we want to include a CMS so the client can update the website himself. But as mentioned the websites needs to be cheap so we want to reuse some of the designs(or just change them a bit). Our plan is also to host the websites so somehow we need to be able to upload the website and the cms system ourselves. And by time we will also need to configure the cms with need new features like a blog etc. So somehow we need a CMS that we can reuse but still update with new features when needed. I hope my brief is understandable, but in general we are looking for a profitable solution where we can design many websites very easily and fast. So I make the design and somehow all the backend with building the site and implementing a CMS should be done by you. Though when reusing some of the design templates we should be able to do some changes ourselves without involving you. I am an experienced user when it comes to working in Dreamweaver. I hope my brief makes sense and I hope that it will give you some good ideas to how this could be done. I am looking very much forward to hearing from you.
