I have questions on overall site display size. I was trying to match my current site. And I used 96 pixels/inch on most of the images for better detail.(Too large?) My screen size is 1024x768 I am not committed to a set size and will gladly trust your judgment on overall size. Most all 6 of the main pages have the same layout and request form just different text and images. The contact page does have the image based contact form. (That works very well for me) The request form on my PSD’s is just a jpg I would like the real form to have the pull downs for the "states" and "hear about us". At this time I think it would be wise to build the customer request form in a way that is resistant to sequel injection attacks. (Maybe on the back end?) I would like the form to remain simple for my customer to use. I don't need customer’s information to be stored just sent to an email address. I have small info pages* that I would like to match the new site using all the same headers and footers. (I have PSD for them) One of these pages is my resource (links) page. I like the look in Opera but the twin columns don't turn out in Explorer. *Small pages are: Thank you page, Resource (links) page, “8-Metals?? booklet (11 pages just needs new header and footer), Site map. Recap New Quotes as needed 1- Changes to site size as needed. 2- Build a sequel resistant request form with pull downs for “states?? and “hear about us?? 3- Match new site style on “small pages?? add uniform headers and footers. 4- Repair resource (links) page twin column issue in internet explorer Best lowest price bidder gets the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
