ASP Programing for online website pass-through members

I am looking for an experienced ASP programmer/coder that can code or develop a WordPress plugin members area for my website.

The developer should also be familiar with scripting the pass through function with MD5 Hash.

I currently have the, [url removed, login to view] as the member plugin on my WordPress website. However I need to add a "voucher" and coupon verification system for the checkout area. I want to have this implemented so that I sell coupon deals through "deals site" like [url removed, login to view] or livingsocial.com.

The Dealsite customer buys the "deal" then they redeem it on my website by using the "voucher" verification system so that it will not charge the customer for the purchase. There will also be two additional membership up-sells that will be offered so this will also have to be implemented for the "deal".

I am suggesting to use the current plugin along with the coding that has already been placed behind it in order to do the pass-through. However if the current plugin is unable to work with the "voucher" system and it there cannot be a code added then a new Word Press Member Plug in may be required. The existing coding may be a "Copy and past" option that can be done if needed.

I need to have a very experienced person that fits the above requirements in order to get this job done right and ASAP. Also someone who can suggest only the BEST solutions to this project.

It has to be set up where it is made certain that my front end website and commerce system limits usage of the Web application only to my paying customers.
