ASP Message Board

I have an existing Message Board with limited functionality. You can either start with what I have or if you have something already completed that you can offer me rights to do as I please with it, then that would be fine too. I would like someone to add more advanced features similar to phpbb only I want this in Active Server Pages. It currently uses a MS Access database and has some login functionality. If you have experience with this and can provide samples that would be great. At this time I would like to use an MS Access database however I will be converting it to a MySQL version at a later date. I would like to have an admin area for the users to change their info and admin to add new forums, edit, add, and delete posts........ Basically I would like all of the functionality that you would expect of a message board / forum these days. Design is not an issue; I will implement graphics, .css, etc. when you are complete. Please bid for the entire project and include time frame, previous examples or samples. I need this completed right away, ASAP. So if you will be longer than a week, sorry but I wont be accepting your bid.
