ASP Content Management System

We need a ChiliSoft ASP Content Management System. This system will control our website, similar to a portal system, but it will also manage membership, advertising, mailing lists and custom services we provide. *** This sytem is quiet complex so we are asking for a pre application exam. What this means is that we want you to build a 30 minute application in ChiliSoft ASP, that will be submitted with your bid. YES! YOU WILL BE PAID FOR IT, SO INCLUDE IT WITH YOUR FINAL BID. We hope to separate winner coders from fakers and people who can follow instructions! The 30 minute application exam is: ChiliSoft ASP Shopping Cart. Please read the attached document for the instructions. *** Please **note** you must submit it with your bid, or you wont be considered. Yes! you will be paid for it if you win the bid, so add its value to the bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
