I have a medium project which includes developing a web system using usually ASP.net and SQL Server (usually but necessary) . The freelancer is required to provide a report including the following: 1. Determining how many team members are required for the project with their roles. For example, Project manager, developer, … etc. 2. Determine the required hardware for example using local servers or cloud servers. 3. Critical Comparison on which environment is better for the project ? ASP.net ? PHP ? 4. Determine the approximate cost and time ( Very important ). 5. Suggest what is the best approach or way to develop the project. For example, hiring online freelancers? hiring employees? 6. The evaluation must be critical and professional. 7.
