Create php app for time registration and export it to a .txt file

Hi all developers, I'm looking for someone who can make us a php application which registrates times. When we press a button it starts taking time. when we press the button again. It stops taking time and converts it from 60 format to 100 format. 1/2 hours 30 mintus = 50 This is needed for payments. We need this app to monitor how long we are working for a client. We do this now on paper and convert it manually. We also need a button called pause. When we stop working on it it needs to calc pause time. When we start working again it stops the pause time. In total we need to see next: Start time: Stop time: pause start time: pause stop time: How long is regular time: start -> stop in 100 system say 2H and 30 minutes is 250 How long is pause time in totoal: start -> stop in 100 system say 15 minute brake is 25 Total time spend = is regular time MINUS pause time = 2H30 - 15 is total op 2H15min so grand total is 225 units of time Than we need this exported to a .txt or .csv file. We need to have a form in front where we can add some information. Like usernam address phone email afterwards we are going to need someone who can convert this info into a file which can be read by our accounting software.
