Conversion of Magento CE Website to Enterprise Edition

We need to custom convert a Magento Community Edition Store(Modern Theme)- Magento community store into a Magento Enterprise store. We need further modifications to the site to enable all of the Magento Enterprise standard functionality within the new Magento Enterprise store. These features include Private Store, Customer Groups, etc. As well as Ajax Shopping Cart integration.
