CodeIgniter Php Basic Accounting Recordkeeping w/ QIF Import

I'll set up CodeIgniter + AGAuth + basic DB for you, and tie it to our existing user. I'll complete the basic wireframe HTML This is a paid test. I'm hoping things work out and we can continue rolling out features in phases, we need a basic accounting system that tracks: - Records (raw data) - Balances (i.e. bank account balance) - Incoming money (receivables, money due, invoices...) - Outgoing money (bills to other people, wish-list items, planned expenses) - Profit & Loss (incoming vs. outgoing, charted) BUT it all starts with the bare-bones basics. Needed: 1. Basic accounting record entry - very bare-bones online accounting system - ability to hand-enter accounting records 2. QIF Import (google it if not familiar already with it) 2b. Duplicate detection i.e. if I load a QIF then 3 weeks later upload another QIF, it should recognize duplicates and discard them. Accounting software could be really boring (done poorly) or exciting (if done right!) - meaning we all have to do it, so the challenge for us will to make super user-intuitive software. please bid on just 1, 2, and 3, assuming I give you wireframes OR bid per hour and give me an estimate of how many hours you think it'll take. Obviously if you have experience with a QIF importer (there are some php libs we can use), that'll shorten things up and get us into the exciting stuff faster. Thanks for looking! RogerV
